Uptown Partnership sells and refills parking meter cards at 3108 Fifth Avenue, Suite B. Sales hours are Monday-Thursday 11 am to 4 pm and Friday 9 am to 12:30 pm.

We will be closed for parking card sales and reload on Monday October 13, 2008. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday October 14, 2008.

Parking meter cards are available at several locations throughout San Diego.

You can also place a secure online order for meter cards with a Visa or Mastercard on this website.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, Uptown Partnership delivers orders by FedEx, orders under $400.00 are a flat $6.50 shipping charge, orders over $400.00 are a flat $7.00 shipping charge.

	Each designer parking meter card sells for $5.00 plus any meter value ranging from $1.00 to $48.00. All sale proceeds will fund paints and supplies for the Utility Art Box Program.

	Each designer parking meter card was designed by a Utility Art Box Program artist. Like the $10 and $45 cards, these cards can be used in all City of San Diego and Port District parking meters.
