Paseo de Mission Hills
Paseo de Mission Hills is a mixed-use development comprised of 48 condominiums, 13 townhomes, 8 affordable for-rent apartments, and about 20,000 square feet of retail and office space. The Paseo de Mission Hills site is designed to optimize both residential and commercial development along with the inclusion of a two-level subterranean parking garage. The design was awarded to the M.W. Steele Group, Inc. Anticipated project completion is Spring 2009.
Atlas at Hillcrest
In early 2006, DR Horton began construction of a mixed residential and retail project that will include two buildings on fronting an Fourth and Fifth Avenues near Pennsylvania Avenue. As a community benefit, this project includes 37 public parking spaces above the City’s requirements.
301 University
On September 12, 2006, the San Diego City Council approved plans from La Jolla Pacific Development to build a mixed use residential and retail project on the south side of University Avenue between Third and Fourth Avenues. As a community benefit, this project proposal includes 121 public parking spaces above the City’s requirements. In October 2006, a private law suit was filed against the project and the private law suite won in August 2007. The developer is currently completing an Environmental Impact Report.
