Uptown Partnership annually submits a report on organizational activities and expenditures to the City of San Diego as required by our contract. Please note that these reports follow the City's fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to June 30.

Annual Implementation Plans
Uptown Partnership annually submits an Implementation Plan for the coming fiscal year to forecast expenses for approved projects and programs. The Board of Directors reviews and approves the budget, which is then submitted to City Council for approval. Please note that the budget document is based on the City's fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to June 30.

Annual Audits
Uptown Partnership's financial position and practices are annually audited by an independent auditor to ensure additional oversight and strengthen internal procedures. The auditor then completes the Form 990 Tax Return for the IRS.
